Monster GT Transmission ? Issue

I'm working on a MGT and am not that familler with them.
The issue is, it will start but will only sometimes go into gear forward or reverse. The RPM isn't an issue. Once it gets to the point where the transmission should kick in, 99% of the time it doesn't.

So far I have inspected the clutch and slipper. They are working fine. I have checked the "Silver" set screw in the trans and have also set the shift point to the middle of the setscrew travel.

It will kick into gear ocasionaly without reason.
Any ideas. I'm thinking that the trans clutch is fried.

check the two speed one way clutch in the tranny, I had the same problem with mine and it turned to be that.

I asked my LHS about the MTG's today as I have been eyeing them myself. He said good truck but has tranny issues.

MGT RULES ! Two years old - never any tranny issues - .21 motor still RIPS as it did once break-in was completed. Beats Savage 25's even! The new 4.6 version with new metal tranny gears looks great too. 4.6 is a .28 engine - can't imagine how great that must rip. Team Associiated...accept no substitutions!!

The issue was a fried center shaft bearing.

I just got an MGT. Haven't had a chance to do much. Got it broke in and thats about it. Came with the XTM 24/7 motor and I can tell it is going to rule.
