Found this the other day. http://parentswish.com/site01/big.html

With my Father getting up in years, it really hit home. Don't mean to get all mushy, but I thought it was worth sharing.
Hope some of you think the same way and give your parents a call.

It comes on and says to play it with the speaker on.
It isn't one of those to try to scare you. Just a song that goes with it.

Very powerful stuff right there.
Thanks for the link..I talk to my parents all the time.I will never forget the words spoken in that link..

It reminds me of the simple things in life that we do not really say "thank you" for. Reminds me of things been and gone. My family life may have not been as good as others but my parents did it all for my brother and I.

Wish I lived closer to my parents so I could give them a hug.

On a funny note.. I thought this was another ploy to scare the crap out of us. I was watching with my volume down a few and me peeking through my fingers! Bastards for whoever started that joke.

My Dad is 75. Getting pretty feeble. They actually had to give him CPR about a year ago at a church service. Was long enough that a couple of nurses there told the guy to give up.
I'm sure glad he didn't. Hope to spend several more years with him.

Talk to my parents 3 or 4 times a week. I've even apologized several times for being such a heathen growing up.

Jon, when I first saw it, thought it was one of those...
Had to watch it again when the big ugly guy didn't jump out.

There are some things that my parents did that I still don't agree with. They did the best they could.
Hope as a parent, my kid realizes I did my best. And I hope I get better.
