missed my package

i was at school today and missed my rc10t4 wich was being shiped by UPS does anyone know if there is a way to get it today? so i dont have to wait till tommorow?

I doubt you can, I think they go back to a UPS warehouse instead of a UPS store. I know I called our local UPS warehouse once to see if I could pick up a package I missed and they said they have no way of knowing when that driver would be back but it wouldnt be while the warehouse was open for business hours...

You are waiting until tomorrow at the earliest.

If you are lucky, they left a delivery tag that you can sign so you don't have to be present for delivery.

If the person that sent it noted that you have to be present during delivery and you aren't home again, then rinse and repeat for the next day.

After 3 delivery attempts I believe they leave a note where you can pick it up.

I'm just going to have to sign the stupid thing and leave my $300 package outside i hope itdont rain tommorow, i should be home by the time its delivered tho, i get home around 2:40 and deliveries start at 2 tommorow, i should make it lol

IF you live close to the UPS warehouse then you can.

There should be a number on your "Sorry we missed you" ticket, call that number and ask them if you can come by and pick it up.

It's likely the truck is still out and about delivering items right now, but when the truck does get back to the UPS warehouse they can take it off the truck and bring it up front for you. The UPS warehouse office in my area doesn't close till like 7 or 8 so that's usually plenty of time for them to get it off the truck and bring it up to you.

I've done this many many times before until I started having everything sent to my work address now so I don't miss any deliveries.

You may need to press 0 to get to an operator, I've never been able to do it through any automated system. Always talked to a person.

BTW, a UPS store is NOT going to help you. UPS Stores are individually owned and has no connection to the UPS warehouse/drivers.

ok, after all that trouble my mom refuses to take me to the ups warehouse wich is about an hour away, sooo i guess my package wont come till tommorow

after awhile the ups guy (the driver himself) calls me up because i was talking with a long line of people before him. he says he can meet up with me and give me my package so i wouldnt have to drive an hour away to get it today I'm like yes!!! so i got it i got home, charged both my bateries and started messing with the car. havetn driven it yet, but got it all set up for racing oval

Thats great! I really like UPS drivers, they usually seem to go out of their way to be nice it seems. My local UPS guy is an awesome dude and always cool to joke around with.
