well i came to this conclusion that the losi aluminum shocks are pure junk...i the bottom shock end keeps popping off smallest crash or jump it pops off,i even replaced it with a new one and same problem are there any better shocks on the market that are more durable?

so after using it a while do you still recommend them? thanks i should of did the search my self thanks for the link

Thats why I had all the new shock shafts new in package. You will need to install a new shock shaft then the new shock ends. You have a ton on shock rebuild parts there.

They run a bit stiff. If your jumping they are tits, for track or street driving I prefer the Losi.

I have been abusing the hell out of my Mini-T with Losi shocks and haven't has any issues with them. What weight oil are you using?

I run my mini with 25 front/ 20 rear.
Never had a problem other than leaking. I doubled the gaskets, and I'm fine
now.
I never had anything pop off either. I race every Friday night.
I'm not doubting you hb1111, I never ran into that problem.
Are you sure you didn't put them in upside down??
Stupid Question, but I had to ask.

I use 30wt on all four. They still leak with three seals and teflon tape. I'm still looking for a better set.

I put 2 seals and now never have a prob. with them. 25wt and race on a 1/10 st track so good size jumps.

i got it from blazer so all i know is it keeps coming off but ill have extra parts so ill do a swap one of these nites. thanks guys this truck is fast as hell!!!

I still have the original shocks that losi came out with. With the one seal they leaked put teflone tape on the cartidges, they don't leak anymore.
20 wt oil all around.green springs in rear, the stiff ones in the front(i think those are orange,I can't remember)That seems to work good.

I just fit my T with a full set of GPM shocks. They're better than the stock, but right out of the package with the yellow springs they're really bouncy. I ran them on the track at the ECB and they were way too springy. I'm going to check the shock oil weight and push it up to at least 25. I'm not sure what else I have. But structurally they have held up so far. Just too bouncy..
