The ones in the link look a lot like the team bluestar shocks, I tried the team bluestar shocks and IMO they weren't that great, but could be different. IMO it's hard to beat the Traxxas big bores, I have some with raven dual rate springs and I love them.

They look exactly like some Team Bluestar stuff. I wouldn't get them. Look up the Unlimited Engineering shocks. They are awesome.

They are well built. A friend of mine got them a few years back for his 21 extended maxx after he destroyed a set of integy MSR4's (after 3 bash sessions). The big bores held up much better and I don't believe he busted any even though he's hard on things.

The UE's are nice, but the traxxas big bores are cheaper and easy to find all over.
