Messed up the spray bar setting

I accidently messed up the spray bar (spray nozzle) setting on my Team Infinity .28 engine. Should the spray bar be screwed all the way into the carburetor? The engine manual gives me no information.
 
I'm willing to bet that it should be flush, you could also search for Toki .28 as they are the manufacturer.
 
It doesn't hurt anything but they are designed so it doesn't matter, there are channels machined into the parts to let fuel flow regardless of where the holes are. That's great you got it going again.
