I found a traxxas nitro rustler in town for 75.00 comes complete except for radio crystals. He said he has an megatech m16 engine in it but isnt that a marine engine and if so how good would it be in a rustler.
 
Considering it's age... probably not good. $75 for a decent roller isn't bad though, even if the engine is shot.

Do a google search using the following:
megatech M-16 t-maxx

That was an old drop in for the older side exhaust .15 maxx I think.
 
No Megatech makes some small blocks. They are made by SH engines if I remember correctly. Same company that makes Losi's engines. The M16 is supposedly a reliably runner from what I have heard.
 
I had an M16 in a Rustler many years ago, that thing ran great and had enough power to pull wheelies with no problem, It would out run my buddies 2.5 Maxx very easy!
