Thanx ,I ran it today for some final tuning ,I am uploading 3 vids of it now ,of changes & final thoughts

Final thoughts of running this awesome truggy!..
It is tuned good enough ,l am leaving it alone!...

First fire up an changed the restrictor to the next size bigger seemed to help ,
however ,still could not get the 2 staging idle out ,it is really not a big deal an
wont hurt to leave it!
