That aint no problem, a pair of lexan scissors, a dremelwith a sanding drum, and 15 minutes is all I need to trim a lid, lol. I still owe ya for the esc, so send one over bud.

all I do is score and snap where you scored. It makes the lines super clean and you dont need scissors, just a knife.
