If you are looking for a great washing machine this is it. We bought one a year ago because we have our own septic system and this thing is supposed to use a lot less water. Well last night I figured out how much less water we used over the last year, and well I almost poop my pants it came up to about 15,000 gallons! It cut our water bill in half! Now this is with a family of 5 so you may not get the same results but you get the picture. For those looking to conserve energy and save money this is for you.

I'm looking into picking up the Whirlpool Duet stackables... They also have great write ups as far as energy & water conservation...
I'll have to check out that Neptune....

Anything thats conserves energy is awesome in my book. If we don't do something as a people, we will be living on a dead planet.

I purchased the Neptune set for my wife about three years ago. I have to say that you cannot overload the washer because it's self balacing. Gets them clean every time. It makes some pretty weird noises for a washer.....something to do with the oil around the cylinder.
