MAXX upgrade!

I've only had my tmaxx for a few weeks now and I'm already bored with the trx 2.5 engine. Any suggestions on a better engine for cheap?

Haven't seen too many guys with it, but they guys that do have it seem to feel that it's on par with the 3.3. Given how TRX engines tune... I'd lean towards the dynamite for something less frustrating.

How could you possibly get bored with a 2.5? Or any engine for that matter? My 2.5r screams and always asks for more. Never a boring hobby........

Never owned a 2.5 but my friends maxx has the 2.5 and that mother screams & never bores me, pllllennty of power imo

2.5's are cool until a rig with a real engine screams by ya. 2.5= too small for a mt. +1 on the Dynamite .19 from what I've heard about it so far.

Maybe it bored me cause it had no power cause i sunk it in a pond and overheated it one to many times! HA HA! Decided to give it another shot and bought the 2.5r today. Was going to go for the 3.3 but didnt want to upgrade drive line.
