My maxwont wheelie on pullof, can it bethe slipperclutch? It isset rich though!

Set your slipper as tight as it will go, make sure your settings are right on (if its a 2.5, then GOOD LUCK) get some good bashing tires (mulchers, etc.) and hit the grass. The slipper on the maxx has very little adjustment so I always ran the thing locked down and it helped to keep my spurs from melting.

A soft rear suspension will limit your wheelie capability too. As you apply power the transfer of weight is naturally to the rear.
The softer suspension setups absorb this initial transfer and limit
the trucks ability to wheelie.

Get stiffer springs and check the slipper clutch. Also make sure that your needles are in the ballpark.

give us more info on the way your max is set up please. like tires engine, fuel your running and so on.

Man some people, if I got a monster I would just keep it then get a savage some other time.

Steve

Make sure everything is in tune. Even though your HS needle might be set right. Its the low speed needle that gives you the power to accelerate and wheelie.

You will find an excellent forum dedicated exclusively to wheelies Here.
Everything you ever wanted to know and everything you will ever want to know about wheelies is posted here several times a day.
This forum cover nothing but wheelies and how to do them.

While your there ask what hop-ups you should get.

I wonder if my maxx will wheelie...
I have the pro .15

What pipe should I get?

Get the RPM pipe by associated and change your gearing and make sure that you are tuned for best performance. This will ensure that you will wheelie. It is possible with a better pipe and gearing for torque and a properly tuned engine. Or just get a Trx 2.5 or Sirio...

dont get the C-vec I heard it doesn't have enough low end to make it Wheelie! Thats what OQ told me.

Is he really buying this?:llama:
