Ok, I am running a OS CV-R side exhaust with the stock manifold on my RC10GT and i was looking a it and I notice that the manifold exhaust opening is 14 millimeters but the engine exhaust opening is a good 22 millimeters would it help power output if i grind a few millimeters off the manifold to open it to about 20 milimeters.

Thanks

Well, I am not entirely sure witch one is the manifold, but if you are going to try shaving anything besides the crankcase itself you arent going to have much room to work with.
I don't think the exhaust manifold is think enough to allow grinding it to that extent. You would probably be better off just getting a new manifold that matches. As for power, more exhaust exiting the engine would not necesarily mean more, but the low-end would likely have some more grunt to it, and it would also help the note and prolong the life of your engine.

I'm not familiar with that engine but I've seen people use a dremel to widen the length of the manifold opening so the exhaust flow is smoother. I've only seen it done to oval shaped exhausts though, I don't know what your's looks like.

The exaust manifold may be thick enough to grind the edge that mounts to the engine. Match that to the exaust on the engine and sort of bevel it? (Actually looks like you could grind it all out to match the engine, but I only have a picture to look at.)

I would think it would help.

Yep, if you just bevel it so its not squared off, and it is more with the shape of the gasket, it should perform a little better...
