Making studded tires

I made mine and then looked online. I thought about it a little bit before I made them but looking at them now I’m realizing these might be a little bit dangerous lol. All the screws are glued in but still. If it is a problem though I think I’ll try to find some cheap(ish) belted tires to try doing this on. I ran my stampede vxl on nails in the tires. They were toy grade hard plastic.

I think this is a job for @Hammer Down He has done it a few different ways. hopefully he will chime in.

I can’t believe it. These worked great and I didn’t even loose a single screw! Bit too aggressive on the grass though

V2 on the way, I still have to do the other three, but so far these look way better. And their belted so hopefully no tire ballooning
