I hate reading this stuff. The medical staff i dealt with when i was in the Marines was certainly sub par when compared to the private sector but this is completely unacceptable.

Wow, That's just not right. They should at least be allowed to sue them like any other surgeon.

Absolutely tragic. I see no reason why ANY incompetent doctor should be protected from a malpractice suit.

I know you can sue the VA Hospital doctors not sure about Active duty doctors. Or maybe its just the hospital that can be sued Ill ask my Dad, I know he did it it took years but he did it.

That really sucks! When I was in the military, we really had good medical care. My wife was a special needs patient and they took excellent care of her.
