Looks like your second image got mixed up in tags, it wasn't showing. That's actually pretty cool though! You should make a write up on how you're making these, in case someone else was looking to do the same. I'm nowhere near sand, so I've never needed paddles but they look so cool.

i made them using the stock rc18mt rims with a set of losi mini sand paddle tires. they are pretty firm with the stock losi foams inserted.
