I havent, but I would try it on spare polycarbonate to mae sure it sticks as well as flexes. Failure to flex would cause it to flake off.
The ideal thing would be spazstix. They are known for the mirror chrome. They hsve glow in the dark green, but has been discontinued. You may be able to find it in a hobby shop.

Yes, it has been done. There are YT vids on spraying it. And there are pics of RC cars done up with it on their FB page.
