thanks, This has been driving me crazy the lst is old enough that stock parts are hard to find and I want to see how long I can stick with stock parts

Here are the 2255's if you doubt me on the 2256's, but they are the same part...

Stock parts? Do you just mean losi plastic parts and not alloy?

The LST2 chassis rails are stronger than the old LST1/AS/Raminator rails. They fit just the same though. The newer rails have more plastic in the webbing and don't have a space cut out in the rear like the front does for the steering bell cranks.

I have LST2 rails on my aftershock. 4th set... I kept breaking them between the center and front skid plates.

Yes I mean losi factory plastic/glass parts, Its a science project and so far I think its a wash but time will tell the latest damage is the same as yours but it was totally my screw up a tree was hiding behind another tree I was wot and had been so for 600+ feet.

A couple of mine were kind of expected (cased a jump at a high rate of speed), but two times, not so much. A way to help avoid the issue is to install a skid that connects the front to the center. Haven't had an issue since I installed mine and I have beat it twice as hard. Nary a crack can be found!

I have a milling machine at the office but i'm trying not to alter the truck until the motor burns out, then ... all bets are off
