just brought this stunning looking engine, just wondered what other peoples feed back on this engine are, pros and cons, there own opinions on it:D, cheers people.

I have two of them. I love those engines. I am just a bit bummed out they are becoming harder to get now. It is a drive-shaft snapper on my Savage. I Run the Proline big-Joes and they get so much bite something has to give.....yes slipper clutch was a bit tight....but oh well. They turn easy, hold tune great. Love the LRPs. Only thing they are a pain in the bum to keep the temp up during break in so wrap the head in aluminum foil and pre-heat it to around 220f if you can.

The Losi 454 from the XXL is a spec3 clone. I just finished break in on mine. I loved the two previous spec3's I've had.

definately best bang for the buck, I have a couple of them and won't run any other engines in my LST's

well my came today with my brand new JP-3 exhuast, and running all this system on a hpi hellfire, so i can't wait til i break her in :P will post pics later on tonite,
thanks for you input guys

Yes Scott that will get your Hellfire going at a nice pace. I use a JP-4 on mine on a Jammin CRT X1 and it is quite the animal. BTW...where is the hobby shop in Suffolk? I never saw one when I lived there.

Great engine and I'm also saving up for a second. I'll throw the one in my aftershock in my savage and the new one in the aftershock.

I've been running mine for almost 2 years now. Great engine! I should have skipped getting my teeth fixed and bought a new engine instead!

friken joey i go to galexy models in ipswich, but i tink there are plenty around, i buy most of my parts on the net, modelsport......ebay......jespares,, but yer just tuning my engine sounds like a rite beasty lil thing can't wait til its fully tuned .
