Put a picco .28 in it and after a half gallon started opening her up. This thing is a lot faster than the 5.9 and shifts to 3rd gear and back down to 2nd just fine but won't go back into first. I've got a good tune on it and a low idle. I've seached the forum and couldn't find anything to help me. Has anyone had this problem?

Could just be that it's so quick to hit second, that it never does and sounds like it skips it.
I'm pretty sure if 1st wasn't working at all, you wouldn't be getting 2nd gear either... and then no third. They kind of build off each other.
