after 15 years on the shelf, I put together a transmission with all the spare parts I had, charged up the old batteries and boom! She’s alive. Only a matter of time for the differentials to strip so I’m looking for any options… any suggestions?

yah .you go looking at the internet. A google search would give you results. put MOA (motor on axel)on that bad No so thang and go to town or backwoods..LOL

Recently seen a video of someone putting moa. Might try that out
 
I'd go motor on axle for sure.
