Losi DBXL 1.0 value?

Hi all! Found a couple cars for sale (separate sellers) and wondering if either is a good deal (will reply with pics of both)

1. DBXL 1.0: runs, needs some TLC - $140 (its kind of a rust bucket)
2. Outcast 6s orange: have had a couple years, in decent shape only used a few times - $250

I got this same model today, what's the best gas I should use? Will 40:1 be okay??
