Well it looks like I'm getting a revo in trade for my LSP. It has the FOC, and a couple sets of tires. Here are the pics of it...what do yous guys think?

Looks pretty cool vb. I got a revo in trade for my LSP too, doesn't handle quite the same but makes a muuuch better basher which is what I was looking for. Looks like that one is sittin way low for racin, I got mine jacked up for the sand dunes and such :) The stock mill is ok, it runs smooth and delivers a smooth powerband, its just a powerful mill. Also I found the stock steering set up to be pretty good, only prob is the servos are plastic geared and I'm worried about them giving out on me.

We're actually keeping our own radio equip, so I'll have my airtronics in there! I'm still working on the other one I sent you pics of, but if that doesn't work I'll take this one.

Looks good, you gonna race it or bash? I'd look into doing a single steering servo, the duals fight each other even when you fiddle f&*k with em. Another free mod is to cut the roll bar at the first or second line at the base of it. Cut at the first and you can lower the body mounts 1 hole, cut at the second and you can bring em down 2 holes. Doesn't look like it has the aluminum shock ends in the rear, I've heard of some people still having problems with them, something you may want to look into. Overall, it looks to be in pretty good shape.

It looks good. If you noticed its already has P2 rockers on so that is an good upgrade did for you.

And yes, single servo is almost a must. Mine was fighting each other and ran the battery out pretty fast.

And Jet, by cutting the rollbar what will it does other than lower the body? I had to use the stock rollbar after installed MSR6 shocks in it. Will it give more strength (less flexing)? I just bash and really concerned about bad landing, which I always did .. lol

The New Era "T" rollbar won't fit anymore unless I cut the extended bar mount to the front.

no one has mentioned to head on the engine??? that engine has been run way to lean man. look at the fade on it

Revo Boy

yep, looks like a lean MOFO to me too.....unless it's paint......how can blue anodizing change color to gold?!?!?!?.....Have you seen this truck in person???

the bdy is blue and yellow so its possible its a paint job. doubt it though, i wouldnt depend on that engine. it looks like it got WAY hot for WAY long!!

Whoa, looks weird all purple. That engine was run lean, I had a S-25 and ran her at like 320 for a while, didn't realize it until the heatsink started fading. I'd go for the purple one if possible.

Definately looks like the tire is split in that one.

you should get em all for the LSP......I just can't believe you want to trade a truggy for a Revo...sorry but I look at that as downgrading......wait til christmas and maybe santa will hook you up w/ a nice new revo to play with.....

I saw the head but it doesn't look like the stock head. I think the King head is a lighter blue. I don't see where the protector would clip into that one. I blew a tank o-ring and overheated the poop out of mine and the head didn't change color (I ran it twice over 300 before I figured out the problem) so it lead me not to think about the head color on the one in the pic. I noticed the spacers for the P2 rockers but with the position in the middle hole on the arm it still looks to be sitting really low. Second truck looks nice except for all that purple (ughhhh HPI).

Sorry forgot, Jeep lower the body would be more for a race ap, however it looks better lowered onto the chassis more, IMO. If you install a wing it will also gain a little distance between body and wing to be more effective. Even lowered it still provides plenty of protection for the head.

I'll prob do some ano removal if I get the 2nd one. It looks like we might work something out so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
