looking to buy my first truggy

Trying not to spend a whole lot on my first one. Don't race but do plan on taking this to the local track a few times to see how I can handle a track. So mostly bashing and running around in the yard and local soccer field and on my street. I am looking at the Associated RC10T4.1 Anyone running this rig? If so what are the views on it?

Yeah thats a stadium truck, but probably got the 2 confused. I know when i got my first stadium truck i actually just thought truggy was a diff name for it. But after awhile i noticed the difference..

I've got a t4 with a novak brushless setup and holy crap is it fast!! It is a complete blast to "try" to drive. Completely overpowered and WAY too much speed but a fun rig none the less!

sorry for the confusion guys my bad. I did have it backwards when I for some reason was thinking the slash and xxx sct and such were stadium and short course trucks and that this rig was a truggy. I now see the difference and will move my thread. Thanks for the info though.

These questions all revolve around your budget. A Losi 8T is a good truggy.. if you have the budget for it.

The xxx-sct is not a truggy. Its a short course truck.
