Looking for some technical help

I just took my sr10m out tonight for it's inaugural run. 2 minutes in I lost throttle and now it will not respond to throttle input but I have steering. Flysky receiver and a reedy 3300kv brushless setup from factory.

@majin or @Lostinthewoods86 maybe had a Flysky do this? Geez, my brain is getting old.

Did you calibrate the ESC?

yeah same issue, i have full steering with first 3 models, but all the others only have throttle

It sounds like it just hit the lvc to me

@kennethg089 are you using that battery and charger pictured in your other thread that came with the rtr?

I am using the battery and charger in the photo on my other thread, battery was fully charged and batteries in the radio were brand new. Vehicle only ran for 2 minutes so doubt LVC.

Does that charger tell you what the battery voltage is or did you check it with a meter?

It's a balance charger but does not state voltage level and my meter is at my work

Did you balance the battery or charge it? (I don’t know the charger btw) if it has a balance or storage option it will likely just charge to 3.7-3.8 volts per cell, not the full charge of 4.2 volts and it won’t run long

and don't ever trust the batteries that come with the remote, chances are they were dead before they even put them in the box. Ask me how i know !!!

From what I understand what I have is a charger but it will also balances the cells. I will recheck it in the morning to see if it reset

I just bought them today, no batteries came for the remote.

ahhh ok, well then they should be good. You would be surprised how many issues are due to "new" batteries that came with the remote

I looked at the charger on ae site but didn’t read into it so I don’t know if there a way to storage or charge with it.

But the concern you have of no throttle but have steering sounds just like the esc hit the lvc.

Lost told me something about this on his. Clear out all the settings in the models that aren't working. Reset them to defaults and rebind the Rx and recalibrate the ESC and see if that works.

You're probably right about it hitting LVC.

@kennethg089 - do you have a flashing light on your ESC when she shuts down?
