Hey there everyone!

Bought an S30 about 3 years ago and ran it for a year.
Looking to get back into it, but i busted a rear plastic rim.
Now here is my issue, I dont want to get plastic rims again & redcat can't supply new aluminum rims.
Redcat tells me to go aftermarket.
Apparently I need 2.2 12mm rims, I have searched far and wide and having problems figuring out what i need as the fronts and rears are different widths.
Can anyone on here help a guy out and let me know where my best chance of getting rims are??
Located in Canada if possible.

Thanks for all your help!

almost any 4x4 buggy from 92 up will work on your redcat buggy. they are mainly 12mm hex and are narrower up front and wider in rear that will be some id got to a tire seller and pick rims and tires to match

Awesome! Thanks for the reply! Do you recommend any tire sellers on the web?

I found a cool company with adjustable offset wheels. Just have to find fronts to close match. Here is what I ordered but for drag car setup but the adjustable offset for rears will work just have to research for fronts that are wider than the ones I ordered to fit ur application. These are aluminum and have many different styles. Not this style though.

Lmao 🤣 see skin doctor Thursday I’m still all jacked up steroids not helping. I’ll look up the link and post it on the wheels. Can find them on eBay.

Do a search on Amazon and eBay for aluminum buggy wheels. Try to avoid beadlock wheels though if you can. I've never had luck with tires staying on beadlock on fast cars. You could also look for Traxxas bandit or rustler wheels and tires.

Quite a few styles.

Looking for something more along the line of these for the moment, as I am just starting out.
Aluminum rims, pack of four, $40 with shipping included.
Feel like this is a decent deal for a beginner.
I don't even know how to go about those rims TRAT hahaha.

Those will be a good start. Should work just fine 👍

So, turns out these are plastic as well, lol.
Finding aluminum doesn't seem to be easy hahaha

I personally wouldn't do aluminum wheels if it's a basher since they'll add unnecessary weight and cause more breakages, just get a good set of plastic rims and you'll be good to go.

In other words, plastic would be better and they would break instead of other parts?

Plastic would be a better choice as it has some flex to it, Pro Line makes some good wheels from what I have seen and heard.
