hey everyone. Me and my brother are looking into the mini series for race season. I am looking for one that would sell for pretty cheap, so if u have one up for grabs, please respond. thank you :)

not sure its cheap for you, but i have a fully loaded BL mamba 8000kv that would stomp a hole in your brothers mini lol

price would be around $165 ish + shipping.

Also have rc18t factory team kit that is now a MT now. RTR....$115 plus shipping

i know that i am getting a $150 tower hobbies gift card for xmas. will i be able to trade you that and the rest of the money for the mamba one? thanx

Hey Buggyracer28, the momba system is the only way to go in the RC18. Are you in Dallas by chance? We have a full race program in the Spring starting for all 16 and 18 scale kits.

Hey Buggyracer28, the momba system is the only way to go in the RC18.

Ill start off by saying that the Mamba ISNT the ONLY way to go. There are many other brushless setups that will work just as good if not better then the Momba depending on your driving style, setup and track.

If you do a search StrechM did a little writing in the last week or so on his observations from actually having hands on with many of the mini brushless systems. I'm in no way saying that the Mamba isnt the proper choice for you but it is in no way the ONLY CHOICE.

Are you in Dallas by chance?

Rush, If you look under the users name or avatar if they have one you will see their location if they listed it in their profile.

I would really like to sell it instead. thanks tho. If i decide to drop the price....i will let you know.

We have had a ton of luck with the Momba systems here in house. They have the best (in our opinion after trying them all and racing them here) software ease of setup on the market. You can save multiple settings and upload them on the fly (about 30 seconds)

Even the Horizon product the C4 brushless and the Trinity cobalt brushless motors both recommend the use of the Mamba system ESC, so that says a lot in my book.
