I have tried the Tsias pipe and the thing is cool looking but I am afraid after a tumble it won't be the same. I have the ripple and its bad ass but too LOUD!!!! I was using the composite pipe but I hated it period. May try the new 4.6 pipe. I have the T2050 but I am waiting on some nmounts from a friend. Anyone got one? Let me know

Jon

I havent seen the Tsias pipe yet...Is it quite like some of the reviews says it is?

it is much quiter than the ripple thats for sure. I am not too sure on the power difference, I think with my driving the Tsias won't be as cool looking.

get the ofna 063 one piece pipe. Only $55 brand new. It is a copy of the novarossi/rex pipe just without the high price. If you are running the .46 engine then you will need to find a pipe with enough volume to create that horsepower.

First off the stinger on the 063 is on the wrong side of the pipe as it is made for a buggy, not a mt, so it will not fit right. I use the HPI ripple pipe on my SS, and love it, it makes great low end power. I would never sacrafice power for less noise, I would use the best performing pipe no matter how it sounded.

I haven't used any other pipes yet, but I can say the stock pipe that comes with the 4.6 is loud. Noticeably louder than the pipe on my Mayhem. I'm thinking of getting a Tsais Pro becuase I have heard they are pretty quiet.

I don't have one anymore but the CVEC is the quietest pipe I've ever seen. Almost as quiet as 1/10 cars...

THat is what I have there buddy.Interested?

NCNitro, I am not giving up the ripple as I do like how it wakes up my Modded 25 just needs to be a little quieter for my liking at times. The OS pipe will be the choice to run most of the time just want to get another one so I am letting this one go and the lame composite .

CVEC is definitely a quieter pipe, the OS is a little louder but IMO a meaner growl than the CVEC. The OS is still much quiter than the ripple pipe and midrange power is better than the CVEC.

Are you waiting for this Jon?

The one on the right is yours. Unless you like the fresh out of the tumbler look. It will be in your hands by Wednsday. I just wanted to make sure it would hold up to the rigors of bashing. Judging by the type of stuff we did yesterday I think it will do fine.

HOly Shinola! What!!!! That is a a mean jump! How did the shocks hold up? I am running the UE Shocks but I may beef em up.

No Rush. I am playing with the clutch set ups and trying the 3 different springs. So far I like the soft one. It helps to engage the best.

For bashing the shocks did not hold up. I broke 6 of 8. Luckily I had spares but for bashing they are no good. I'll have some pics soon, the shafts look like candy canes!

Regarding the werks clutch, the soft spring is definitely the best. The other two don't allow the shoes to completely engage IMO.

Dude go stick with your own thread. What you are doing is trying to re advertise your thread. NOT COOL. Stay out of everyones thread when looking for a part that you have already requested. NOT COOL AT ALL!
