Liquid out of glow plug

It can come out of the top of the glowplug as well. Some don't seal well when they are formed, so they leak around the insulator between the hot pin and ground case.

Could also be that you have some dirt/grit between the plug, brass washer and head. Take the plug out, clean the contact area down in the head with a q-tip and some DA (with the truck held upside down to avoid getting crap in the engine), clean the washer and glowplug housing, then put it back together.
