will a 2s 7.4v lipo work in my tc4? the esc clames to not be lipo compatable but i could get a cutoff right?

i know it wont be alot faster but should be lighter, and its all stock anyway..

if not i will try to fit it on the axial, 2500 mah should give me some decent run times.

also the lipo i found doesn't have a balancing plug, is this normal?

It will work in the TC4. If you want to be safe using the ESC, get a cutoff. Otherwise you will need to monitor how long you have been running and stop as soon as you see a drop in performance.

In a touring car, having a lighter pack isn't better. You need to have a neutral balance between the 2 sides of the car so that it turns the same in both directions. For this reason, some lipo packs come weighted and if they don't, you need to add weights to the chassis.

What pack will you be using?

a guy on hbf has one for $20.

its a "just go fly" 2500 mah 2s pack. i am gonna get it for the axial, he said its 1"x3"

i dont see it on the website...
