lipo question about balancing

i got two hardcase lipos, one hyperion 2s 30c 5000 mah roar spec and a peak power 2s 4800 mah c rating I'm unsure of. my question is that on the soft lipo i had before it had a white balance plug, neither one of these do. but both have a small hole, and the hyperion says balance under it. how do i balance these lipos?

I was wondering this one myself. The best I can tell is you have to get a an adapter like THIS. But from there I'm unsure,do you charge it then use the adapter to balance it?
