Li-Poly batteries

Does anyone around here use li polys? I have a Kokam 2s 1500 mah battery and I am having trouble getting it to take a full charge. I have a triton charger, and it only takes about 600 to 800 mah. Do they need a lot of cycling to get up to full capacity?

I just bought a Li-ion and a charger tho charge them, What is the diff between a Li-Poly, and the Li-ion?

I think ly poly is newer tech. My Triton charger has one setting for both types, so they behave the same. I don't know anything else. I did get it to take a full charge this morning though, so apparently they need sevferal cycles before you put it in the r/c.
