How tight was this non-compete contract? A lot of them have provisions for seperation of employment situations such as yours. Otherwise, it appears onthe surface to be adhesive; he gets his way no matter what and you lose your job.

yeah TX is a right to work state so they don't usually hold up. but in this case it's in my parents' contract that i won't break my non-compete. kind of a fail-safe for him. i'd say he was smart but it was a pure, dumb-ass accident. if that hadn't have been slipped in there like that, i would have let him sue me, declared bankruptcy, put my money under the mattress, and ran his ass out of business. as it is i'll just have to wait 'til August to do that.

What a peepee......
I know we have an agreement here like that.....but I can work for the competition, just not disclose business or product development secrets.....I get hit up every stinking trade show we do from scumbag employers.......I work for 2 really honest guys and doing that (selling out to competition) would just kill any good karma I have left....I may not be payed what my position commands in this area but I have some seriously good work conditions...that makes up for a lot in my book......

No vases here just my little dungeon. Notice the Thai bag is conveniently located near the workbench to relieve some stress!

I just got an aircompressor, but that hangs out in the garage. The workshop has pretty much everything you need (except more parts). I cleaned it up just for the pics so dont call me neat, you shouldve seen it before!!

Nice bench....big....

Jet, What brand bag do you use?
I bought a used one (Kwon) and I'm not liking it at all....I don't know what they fill it with but I got it to pinch my foot the other day.....they are too soft whatever is filling it.....and I can't find a long everlast bag anymore w/o costing 200+.....

Jet I was always gonna ask ya where ya ended up putting that decal..lol..

Nice catch Andy! I slapped one on my new Ofna box for my LSP too. I've had a few people ask what it was and I say it's a secret society like a fraternity or the Stone Cutters (Simpson's spoof on the freemasons). Let em ponder for a while then I tell em it's the best damn RC board on the net!

Fish, I really don't know the brand. I got mine from the gym I train at. They are the same we have hanging up there. I know all our pads and such are ordered from some guy in Bangkok. I like that mine was unfilled. I used some old clothes and sawdust like bedding to fill it. Of course I'm still messing with it a little cause the saw dust settles but you can make it as soft or stiff as you want. I want to say it was like $140-$150. It's a good quality bag, IMO. I think Title Boxing sells them unfilled for around $100 but don't know how good the quality is. I've see a few 6 footers on eBay too but every wants to rape you on shipping, filled or not.

Hey are you related to Zandor or something? I love that body on the buggy. :)

I wish I could take credit for painting that body! I'm glad the buggy found a great home.

I did find the stencils to get that body done again, maybe in the summer I will pick them up and take a shot at it.

Well this is what I am working with. It's actually in my bedroom and my wife is cool with it. Yeah she's a real trooper. I'm not much for garages as I am not too fond of spiders and cold weather during the winter.:hehe:
