Latrax prerunner shocks

Ok, so I ended up giving in, I went for a prerunner. I love that thing.
The shocks do suck. Plastic and one of them leaks, I had to pop the o ring back into the shock body.
I am in search of an upgrade, the latrax ones are $60, heck no I am not paying that much!
But I had an idea, do you guys think the mojave grom blx shocks would fit? They’re only $44.

They break new kits and sell parts. Lots of shock to choose from.
If you know the lengths, you can contact them to ask what they have.
I always try to do my own research too though.

I tried the Mojave grom shocks on the prerunner and they fit but they lower the rig a bit. It was worth trying.

I've got (2) of the prerunners (red/blue) and one of the Tetons and I love the little things.

I've got (2) of the prerunners (red/blue) and one of the Tetons and I love the little things.

I’m telling you, I love my prerunner and rally over the Mojave grom .
I just do.
Btw, I tried the latrax brand shocks . Terrible, terrible shocks. They are supposed to be aluminum, well the housing is but everything else is plastic. The springs are way too soft and the truck sags all the way down.

Anything else you guys have been lucky with?
