Cool. I was woundering does a nitro car still work if you run it through snow like that?

You must do everything you can to water proof it. But once water proofed you can play russian roulet with the snow and run it wet. Afterwards I would prolly hit everything with a hair dryer and re-oil all moving parts.

As Robriguez has said you must waterproof, servos and receiver basically, this is what we did to race in snow without burning electronics and engine.
Breaking in the new engine at -6º celsius might sound a little weird but we helped heating te engine with a hot air heat gun plus wrapping the cooling head, once the engine was ready, we heated again with the heat gun each time we should start racing. after each tank we removed the snow with the air compresor and dried the servos with the hot air gun. I'd put the servos inside baloons before start. We also used the old fashion heating, FIRE ,process :lol: :lol: :lol: , and yes, it works.

Kazi, careful you dont melt nothing there bud. I left a pair of boots close to a fire like that to dry once, came back and they were black/brown lumps of charred leather/rubber. Not fun.
