Well my six month RC vacation is over its time for me to go back to work. Does anyone know that felling that you get when you have a 3 or 4-day weekend? You know the one that you get after you wake up at noon and you think dam I wasted a half of a day. Well I’ve hade that for the past 6 months. The only bad thing is that I’m so out of shape that it will kill me for the first few weeks. But I don’t work that hard being a QC inspector it’s hard to break a sweat when you wait for the work to be finished before you do your job.

So I will no longer be here as much for the few that care and for the ones that don’t care o well when was the last time you could take off for 6 months.

Well dont go running off too far!

I'm sure you will be able to at least pop in daily, or weekly! And you can ALWAYS find time to run your R.C.'s. Just figure out a strategic layout of parts in your trunk.

My gf was happy do you know how hard it is to explain a 250.00 worth of RC parts when your gf is supporting your habit. Man I’m tired of being her piece of meat I need a break.
Hell I don’t need to use the trunk I’ll be working 5 min from home. But it will be in the Dow plant but the pay and benefits are good.

I found that out also! If you sleep in your day seem so short and you can't really accomplish anything and the day is forgotten. If you do that all the time your break goes by really fast and it's a waste.

I don’t fill like I wasted too much time. I’ll miss the filling of waken up and not having to go or do anything if I don’t fill like it. No time schedule and not forced to do anything. My biggest problem was do I play with my RC toys or go fishing????????

pimping yourself out for RC parts? that's a hardcore addict.

good luck at your new job. I'll be putting the hobby down for the winter as well. I may snatch up a micro RS4 or something. the guys around here race 'em in the basement of the LHS durring the winter.

Good luck at your new job. Make sure you set some time aside for your RC's so they don't feel lonely. :)

Rob - I just finished a deal for a MicroRS4 for some winter enjoyment. You won't be disappointed. I am enjoying mine. Of course nothing beats Nitro. :) They are a lot of fun and it doesn't take much space to create a track. :)
