Sold / Found Laptop battery wanted

I don't know if anyone here might have one laying around but I need a battery for my wifes laptop. It is a Compaq Presario M-2000 it uses an HP 396602-001 battery. If anyone has one let me know what ya need for it. Thanks.

I bet you can find Sony batteries for it for cheap. Free fire extinguishers included.

There is a computer surplus shop near my work. I will check it out and see what they have.

I once opened a pack and replaced the cells inside. It's worth a shot.

I did this for a old IBM laptop.

These are the cell's I needed.
