Kyosko Inferno ST US Sport Nitro Buggy Servos not working

I have had one of these just sitting around for many years and wanted to see if I can get it up and running again.
I put in new batteries in the Transmitter and the receiver
I hear a sound from the car but none of the servos are working
The servos for the throttle will move a little only.
On the radio Transmitter on the LCD screen it flashes on the DR

Does anyone have any suggestion

Remove any linkages and test the radio system separate from the car. If the car has been sitting for some time, its better to do a quick tear down and inspect bearings, lube, shock oil... before you have a problem or damage any hard to find or expensive parts.
You might have bound up linkages, stuck carb... better to not start by stripping servo gears! One thing (system at a time)

You could just send it to me and not trouble yourself with a resto!

I bought an MP6 that needs some parts, love and a rebuild not very long ago. I have only just started messing with it but it looks like a fun project!

Your dual rate (DR) could be turned down all the way... Can we get a transmitter model or pic?
