Nice work on the body! It looks even cooler because its stretched! It actually looks like a buggy I'd expect to see driving in Cali!
How does this one drive compared to the rest?

This one doesn't have any electronics in it yet. I got this, the Javelin, and another Turbo Scorpion all around the same time, so I didn't have the money for the electronics at the time.

That makes good sense! I saw the pic without the motor but I'm always curious. It looks like it belongs on a hill climb with the extended rear!
I'd like to hear more whenever you get to powering up!

I've always been a huge fan of Beetle Baja bugs, so I have entertained the notion of keeping my Sand Scorcher on a shelf, but getting a Kyosho to drive around.

Scorpions, Turbo Scorpions and Javelins look like they handle and drive really nice - but I've never driven one. Ever!

I drove the brilliant Kyosho Rocky, which I built up as a 14 year old, with a Sanya radio and 8.4v battery, with a Futaba MC112B ESC. The Lemans 240ST was rapid on 8.4v. It was brilliant.

Later, I ran a Demon rebuildable motor - probably a 19t - and it too was very quick.
