Koenigsegg CCR (european ferrari basically)

I watched a little of that show last night too.....and just so you know, Ferrari is european.....last time I checked, Italy was part of europe...
 
This car has been out for a while, the price tag is up there with Lambo and Ferrari.
 
HMMMM spend 1,000,000 on a euro car or 80,000 on a viper or calloway vette and BLOW THEIR DOORS IN....no brainer to me
 
a viper can't touch this, it may be a bit slow off the line doing 0-60 in 3.2 but has a top speed of 242 mph.

yea I'm not gonna spend 300 grand for it but it would be cool to have and make guys with vipers and callaways jealous

I would like to see where you could drive that thing at 242 mph lol. Its a cool looking car though, It would be nice to have the money to be able to buy something like that!
 
Yeah dude, Maranello is in Italy which is part of the EU, home of the Prancing Horse.

Sorry Plaid, there ain't no Vette or Viper touching one of these or any Ferrari or Lambo. The V10 in the Viper is nothing but a truck engine, it's soooooo underpowered it's funny. The Vette, yawn, sorry just thinking about the plastic pos makes me forget where I was going with this. And please don't mention the revamped Ford GT, it just makes me laugh.

If I had a viper, I would not be jealous of that. Let's see, you can't even drive that damn thing in america so what's the point? And, I wouldn't have a corvette in the 1st place cause vettes suck...

like i said I'm not gonna waste money on a car like that but if I'm making more than bill gates (which wont happen) what the hell.
 
That car looks sweet. And if I had the money to drop on a 100K+ car, I wouldn't be worried about vipers or vettes blowing me away. :shrug:

Not really, if you try to go that fast, you will get pulled over. I've seen the polezei pull over ferraris and lambos before for trying to go max speed. There's enough accidents on the autobahn anyway. You litterally can not drive 60 miles on the autobahn w/o seeing at least one accident...
 
Yeah you would probally hit about 180 if you where lucky and then plow in to a accident that already happend.

If it's a part that is no speed limit, they just need to stay in the right lane until it's time to pass, then they can switch over to the left lane and pass the slower car. That's the only time they'll pull people over, when the person stays in the left lane.

And the car wouldn't need 60 miles to hit 240mph. It couldn't take more than 20 miles at most.
 
There's more accidents here. I wish I could go 10 miles around here and not see an accident. Just cause it's the Autobahn it isn't just get on there and drive as fast as you want. It's not a free ticket to floor it and steer as most people think. BTW, I agree, vette's suck.

No, I was just saying how many accidents there are. Just because I said 60, does not mean that you only see an accident every 60.000 miles. And, the autobahn has some of the worst traffic jams, much worse than the US.

And, not just due to the lane thing, I've seen them go after them a few times for litterally going too fast. This has happened more recently. The German goverment is actually trying to do away w/ the no speed limit zones on the autobahn. There's just too many accidents.

Autobahns in Germany have no upper speed limit.....
