Getting knee surgery in about 10 hours wish me luck, LOL!!!!!!

Best of luck buddy. Are you getting arthroscopic, or getting layed open old school style? I had my shoulder scoped a couple years ago due to an injury, they cleaned out some bone fragments and cleaned up the damage, and put some hardware put in there, nothing to it after the first couple days. Still hurts sometimes, but nothing at all like it did before I got it fixed. Best advice I can give you, is hit the PT hard when you start. I took it easy my first week, because I thought I was going to damage the repair area. Once my little physical terrorist infomed me that wasn't the case, it was game on. It was supposed to be six months for me to be back on the bike and back to normal activities, with a lot of hard work, I was riding in ten weeks. Please let us know afterwards how your doing man.
