Build Showcase Kaiju EXT shenanigans

Bought it during the Christmas sale with the intentions of exploring the platform and seeing how components compare to cars based on the same platform like the AE MT8 or SR7.

They did a good job on the body. I'm not the biggest fan of the shape, but they used a really nice pearl white paint that doesn't show up on photos very well. There is quite a bit of flake in it and it looks gorgeous. I also appreciate how simple they kept it as well, no flashy bright colors that looks like a clown puked on.

With how popular the Rival MT10 is, I'm surprised the kaiju doesn't have more of a following. It is pretty much a scaled up MT10.

It takes a beating once you get rid of the stock arms for the RPM’s. I did end up destroying the bell crank after the castle power switch decided to fail at WOT… a curb is what made it come to a stop. 🤣

It has an aluminum one now and I haven’t broke it since. But, I haven’t ran it full throttle into a curb since then either lol.
