when i took my truck out the over day the engine was geting i bit to hot but the performance was good. When i tuned it down a bit the temps went down so they where ok but the performance was rubbish wouldn't get top rpm or wheelie and i have the k4.6 with 15/49 gearing. what could be the problem.
is there any better cooling heads for the k4.6?

i more thing.

the one way bearing keeps sliping becasue fuel is geting on it what can i do to stop it?

the teeth aren't stuck fuel is coming from the engine and making the bearing slip.
how do i stop it?

you may want to try a fuel with a slightly lower oil content.
I used to have the same problem when I used traxxas fuel switched over to trinity and the problem dissapered.

what fuel are you currently useing?

on the k4.6 you need to get the LSN set correctly first get your highend set to where it running good then tune the lowend for the snappy take off then retune your highend to keep the temps under control. I run mine at 250-265

nova racing makes a cooling head that keeps temps 40% lower than stock heads. i run one on my k46 and the hsn is set to 2 1/2 turns out. its 100 degrees here and the temps stay at about 220 degrees.
