It's very easy. The bearings, shafts, everything, from the 21/25 gear case will fit the X case. Just crack the case open and remove everything, and pop it into the new X case.

There's no tutorial online, but if you go to HPI's site and pull the instructions for installing the reverse module, it's pretty much the same procedure.
