RC Driving Style
a friend of mine just gave me his electric 4tec, its the one with the mechanical speed controller. he included 3 bodies (viper, diablo, stock), 2 motors (torque and high speed) and a 2300 mah battery pack. I'm planning on using this car for drifting so I'm using the torque motor. I just need to put in my servos and receiver and I'm ready to go. An good suggestions on this car, its my first onroad and my first electric, been in nitro for about a year. any recomendations?
 
get rid of the mechanical speed controller and switch to an Electronic speed controller like the GT-7 or GTX. The GTX has a smaller footprint.
 
well he just gave his esc from traxxas, the xl-1, right now I'm putting the radio gear on
