Call your credit card company, you definately have recorse thru them, that'swhy I ONLY pay with paypal by CC. I wouldn't pay the CC invoice. You may also benifit by calling your states AG.

Guess what? I got my money back. The guy emailed me and told me he was in a car accident and just got out of the hospital. Dont really care if it is true or not all that matters is i got my money back.

Quick ?.... I'm thinking about getting a buggie...Which one should i get? I want to keep my Mach .26 and put it on the buggie i get, so which buggies will that engine work on?

Glad to hear it worked out! The best RTR is 100% the Mayhem! I own two of them. If you want a super dooper race machine and money isn't an issue, go with an XB8 or Prospec. But from what you said, I would go with the Mayhem, it's a great buggy (I own a Prospec and a TT S3 too).

Well I got my hands on a brand new RTR Mayhem for $400. This thing is awsome! I love it. Now i can't wait to get back to the united states so i can take it to a good track! Thanks for the edvice.
