i was seriously concidering upgrading the uprights but decided to leave them plastic so IF i hit something hard enough i am not goingot trash my arms and stuff
and thank you
i owe it to fisherman ,i bought all the aluminum off him ,

oh and i am painting my X-citer lid in raspberry pearl ,and charcoal pearl with XXX-main flames ,i am not ballsy enough to tackle real flames yet ..lol

i am gonna piss around with it this week ,i can't do anything else yet
so i might as well break in my new airbrush

youve inspired me to pop some pics up of my maxx in the tmaxx section.

it has no where near the chrome your sav has lol (as i dont have much cash at the moment)

that looks awsome man nice job. i like the silver and purple. got any pics from before the build.

it would have broken my camera .lmao
honestly no i dont i wish i would have but it was totally stock and about an 1/8th inch of grease dirt which made all plastics look brown instead of black !
it was nasty ,he bought it new ran 1.5 gallon thru it on clay and crap and never EVER even sprayed it off with a airhose just stuck in it his bag
i traded my tmaxx for it ,cleaned it and replaced all plastics and then bought all the aluminum off fisherman
and now it is this ,
glad ya like it ,

thought crossed my mind ,but i hope i got my ducks in order all goes well here on the homefront or i may be forced to

If those are HB shocks, be careful with them. I had a set of those when I got my savage from skymaxx... key word, "had". I blew out 4 of the 8 within the first couple of 6 foot jumps.

Otherwise, looks nice!

yes they are ,but they do not have the HB shafts ,i installed the shafts from my savage shocks and used the pistons from them HB's and the stock rubber stoppers on the bottoms ,but thanx for the tip i will keep an eye on them

Yeah, I believe mine were HB shafts and HB innards. What happened on mine was the little c-clip keeping the piston in place would snap or the piston would snap in half. I had 2 shocks to each of those things. I think I was running 35 or 40 oil in them.

here is another 1 with the new lid i just finished today
i screwed up bigtime and forgot to do the light color then dark ..DUHHH
but it didnt turn out too bad
i will get better pix tomorrow in the daylight ,and thanx monster
