Junky Failsafe's

I bought a Duratrax failsafe yesterday for my new savage xl it only works when you giggle the wires coming off of the the unit apparently some bad soidering or something so I was wondering if I should bother exchanging it or just gettin a different one and whats the best one to get the duratrax was the only one they carried at the hobby store I went too.

I always ran the OFNA micro one and never had problems. It kicks in at 4v's as well as signal loss.

Ran it for quite some time in all 3-4 of my rigs and it saved me quite a few times as well.

was running a futaba for a while then it stopped workin for some reason

Exchange the defective one for a working unit. At least you wouldn't have wasted your money.

I got it exchanged for a new one it's working okay does anyone else use a duratrax failsafe?

My buddy and I have used them in our Maxx's for over a year without issue.
