I picked up a pack from this cat a couple weeks ago. I had a few questions about it so I called the service number. Who answers? John the battery guy answered. Completely cool guy, appreciated my business and chatted with me for about 1/2 hour. Figured I'd throw a shout out for him. The best I've used so far. They are also the most powerful, though. They're made with tenergy cells. It's a monster difference between my 7 cell 3000 venom and the 8 cell 4600. I was expecting a good jump in performance, if for any reason having the extra cell. I wasn't expecting to have enough power to jump up 5 teeth on the pinion and almost double my top speed!
