Hey I just say the new car action and man the jato look like a really good car i don't know about you but i thing it a good car. Do any of you guz know when the car come out i want to see it in action. What do you guz thing about it?

Jonathan Zimmerman

Of course itz gonna be a good car, cuz mostly everything that traxxas has ever made has been pretty high tek and pretty good quality. I'm also curious, i saw it at the nitro challenge when steve slayden showed it to me. It had a lot of the same features that the revo has!!

I dont think traxxas should try to make a stadium truck most of their trucks are for bashing and they all are pretty shiitty,I'm not critisizing or anything but my friend has all of the traxxas cars {revo t maxx ruslter] and they always break down.

they seem to use the same parts and just rearange them.. and the traxxas stuff isnt tough my buddys t max has the same shocks as his old electric rustler or whatever it is.. and the nitro rustler has the same axles as the t-maxx.. they dont beef up the parts on faster, more powerfull rides..

I think it will rule the track just like the Revo did. I will definitly want one when it comes out.

The Jato is an awsome st, I can't what to get one, big nice plush shocks, I love the trx 2.5,I also really like how you can put the reciver pack in the back or put it right in front of the fuel tank, plus the truck is slammed so it has a better center of gravity, and all the hex hardwear I can handle, I can't wait,

I also think that the 2.5 motor may be a little to much for a track tho, o, wait a minute, i mean theres no such thing as to much power!!!

mxboy100 i don't know what you are talking about my freind has a t-maxx and he bashes it hard and it has never broke

I just picked up these guys mag at the LHS the other day Hi Torque R/C Car since I read through my Extreme RC mag so fast... they did a really in depth review of the Jato.

Kind of made me interested for a minute or two... but I doubt I'll go 1/10 scale for quite sometime. Probably when people start selling the revo's and jato's as rollers for $100, then I'll bite.

i saw it run in hillard at a big event a couple of months ago and yes i said a couple of months ago its a decent ride a pro was driving it takes off like a shot anyway it ran very well

The Jato is looking like a very interesting truck,so far I have purchased the E-Maxx and Revo and nothing broke yet.So I will not say Traxxas is crap,on the contrary their trucks are tough and can take a beating.

I will probably pick up the Jato when it shows up at my local hobby shop. :)

I have herd that the jato was going to be shipped out on 4-5, 4-15 and 4-25 the release date is always being pushed back, and I have herd of people who have already got one, so who knows.

i read that the msrp was 1000 dollars!
hopefully it is less than that!!!

It sucks though, that u wont be able to race it at any roar races due to its 2 speed tranny!!

I'm sure traxxas will make a single speed conversion for it. I think it is around $370 at Rush RC.

traxxas already offers a single speed conversion for the jato and my local hobbys shop offers it for $359.99 but its on order but none in yet

Tower and Omni have them selling for $359.99 too. Ya'll have to get rid of the 2.8 wheels and get the 2.2s along with a single speed conversion before you think about hitting a track. Just a little FYI for those who dont already know.
